About Eleatta Diver
Eleatta's work celebrates life with a richly colored palette and strong design.
Life’s connecting dots began for Eleatta in Orangeburg, S.C., where her talent was nurtured. Columbia’s University of South Carolina enriched her with a B.A. in Art Education. Marriage and five children wove together Seoul Korea and Boston Massachusetts. Durham, N.C. is currently the place where she, her husband, two children and dog, “Buddy” happily reside.
Throughout life’s changing seasons, creativity has been the ever present undertow. Eleatta’s work is strewn along the East Coast both in private and public settings, including the University of South Carolina. The Center for the Performing Arts and Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals in N. C. also display her work. Over the years she has worked in batik, oil, paper mache, watercolor, dyes and has currently settled joyfully into acrylic.
Eleatta's passion is to bring a little sigh of "Ahhhh" onto the lips of those who encounter her paintings and welcomes dialogue on Facebook at The Art Of Eleatta, on Twitter as Eleattasart or on her blog, Eleatta Diver: Inspire Design Create..
